A: HOW TO USE

1 create your subtitles here:

just type the text here. the show-time will be the actual time, the hide-time will be calculated depending on the length of the subtitle.

2 setting the time value:

here you can adjust the show and hide time value. the time value on the right is the actual time. In this example the subtitle will appear at 00:00:35 and disappear at 00:00:39.

3 changing an existing subtitle

To change your subtitle simply double-click the subtitles in the list on the right....

Import:
you can import subtitles which you haven`t finished yet or any other subtitles which are in a supported format. putting an offset value to the subtitles means to offset the time value of all the titles, both show time and hide time.

Export:
export the titles in the desired format. copy and paste the code to a text-file (e.g. open the standard editor in windows [start-programmes-utilities-editor] and save it.

important: if you are using no-English characters like ü, take care which encoding format you use e.g. utf-8/unicode

If ctrl-c or ctrl-v doesn`t work use right mouse click and choose copy/paste from the menu

Saving A File In Windows:

open the notepad/WordPad: 
(click on start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Notepad)
copy / paste the code into the text field
and save






very important: if you are using no-English characters 
(e.g. ü, í, ó, ñ) take care which encoding format you 
use e.g. utf-8/unicode

Write TT File:
To get a timedText File put the name in the textbox and press ok. A new window will open, there you can download your File with a right-mouse-click and choose "save file" from the mouse menu.

Menu/Titles: Remove All

All titles will be removed. This can`t be done undo.

Menu/Options: Auto Correction

This will correct Overlapping Hide Times

Menu/Options: Preferences

Working with MilliSeconds
this turned on values will be shown like:hh:mm:ss:ms instead of hh:mm:ss

Show Background For Subtitles
if black background is behind the titles, otherwise white font with a black border will be shown

Calculate Hide Time automatically
this turned on a suggestion for the hide Time Value will be made, depending of the amounts of letters of the subtitle

search Keyframes
keyframes of the FLV will be searched so the shown frame will be closer its real time value

Automatic Hide Time Correction
if a new title`s show time overlaps with the hide time of the previous title. The hide time will be changed.

Easy View
With this turnd off, a subtitle-menu will be shown above the titles. Make mass-selection with the ctrl. and shift button

Font Size
The Font Size of the shown Titles

Menu/Options: Search

To search strings in titles

C: The Title Menu

When easyView turned off in the Preferences Menu, you can run different operations for the selected title (to make mass selection lick and hold ctrl- or shift key)
